Our oil sales are carried out straight after a careful cultivation and demanding production, which entails a quick traditional harvest of the olive and the cold pressing of the juice.

TASTING NOTE
Bright green colour, with an intense fruit flavor of fresh olive and a great complexity of herbaceous and fruity aromas. The unripe banana and almond flavours stand out, and to a lesser extent the unripe tomatoes and apples.
